These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Webmate Studio. By accessing our website or availing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

Once a client confirms a project and makes the required advance payment, the service agreement is considered active. Scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be mutually decided and communicated via email or WhatsApp.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code developed by Webmate Studio remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, the ownership is transferred to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate, complete information during project discussions.
  • Delays in feedback or submission of content may extend the project timeline.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining credentials (hosting, domain, etc.) shared after project handover.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be defined based on the project scope. For hosting or third-party services, full payment is required in advance. Partial payments or advances for custom services must be settled within agreed timelines.

5. Revisions & Changes

We offer a limited number of revisions based on the initial agreement. Additional changes beyond the defined scope may be chargeable. All revision requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for detailed terms. Refunds are not applicable once hosting services are activated or substantial work has been completed in development projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webmate Studio shall not be held liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising out of use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee ranking or success from delivered websites.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for their updates, uptime, performance, or pricing changes. Clients must comply with their separate terms.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
